Guest speaker: Carol Tindley

Carol Tindley’s innate passion for high performance was honed in her 24 years as an Officer in the Royal Air Force, retiring as a Wing Commander. Her leadership and people

management skills have led subsequently to both entrepreneurial and consulting roles with business owners involved in start up or transformational projects.
Carol’s people first philosophy was fundamental to her success as one of the first female Station Commanders in the Royal Air Force and then her team excelling through the natural disaster of the Gloucestershire floods of 2007. Whilst the experience gained running one of the training schools and the challenges of deployed operations gave her a strong perspective of working within diverse
environments.
She is proud to be a Committee Member for The Truants Charity who, in 2020, passed £4M+ fundraising for their charities, while she relishes the ups and downs, the banter and the craic within the rugby family in her support of the Lions, England and Saracens.
