Scholé is an innovative and fast growing low-cost private school operator, utilising UK education best practice to improve the quality of education available to emerging middle class African families. Previously Adam spent eight years as chief executive of Changemakers, a pioneering youth leadership charity, and was an advisor to Gordon Brown and David Cameron, helping them to establish their flagship youth programmes. Adam founded one of the UK’s first free schools and sits on conduct panels for the UK Teaching Agency.
